What we collect and why
- Your order: your name, email address and delivery address, and what you ordered. We use these to make, send and support your order (contract), and keep order records for accounting for 6 years (legal obligation).
- Payment: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Wear it photos (optional): if you upload a photo, we keep the photo (with location and camera data removed) and any first name, words and social media handles you add. We use them only to show your photo on this website once we have reviewed it (consent). Ask us through the contact page and we will remove it.
- Printing and delivery: we share your name, delivery address, phone number (if you give one) and your order details (garment, size, colour and the child's name to be printed) with our print and dispatch partner only so they can make your garment and post it to you. We do not share your email address or card details with them.
Transfer outside the UK
Our print and dispatch partner is in Pakistan, which is outside the UK. The UK has not made an "adequacy" decision for Pakistan, so UK law does not treat its data protection as equivalent to the UK's. We send them only the details listed above, only to make and post your order, and they may not use them for anything else. At checkout you are asked to confirm you understand this before you pay; if you do not want your details sent to Pakistan, please do not place an order, and contact us with any questions. [FOR REVIEW: the Captain should put a written data-sharing agreement with the print partner in place (for example the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement) and check this section against ICO guidance.]
The print partner keeps order details only as long as needed to make, post and deal with any problem with your order.
Cookies
We use one strictly necessary cookie to remember your basket and protect forms. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
The children's names
The names, ages and Arabic names come from the Gaza Ministry of Health named list, as of 7 May 2026. We show them with respect and use no other details.
