One Child

Terms of sale

  1. Each garment is printed to order with the name of the child you choose. Each child's name is printed once only.
  2. When you add a garment to your basket we hold that child's name for 20 minutes. The contract is made when your payment is confirmed.
  3. If a child's name is no longer available when your payment is confirmed, we refund that garment in full (and delivery, if nothing else in your order can be made).
  4. Your garment is made and posted to you by our print and dispatch partner in Pakistan. To place an order you agree that your name, delivery address, phone number (if given) and order details are shared with them for that purpose only, as explained in our privacy notice.
  5. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. [PLACEHOLDER: VAT status.]
  6. Personalised goods are excluded from the 14-day right to cancel. Your rights for faulty goods are not affected. See delivery and returns.
